Steak, Not So Hidden Gem, Date Nights, $$$
I went to Beast with a group of 16 friends and was completely wowed by the amazing food and service that evening. I've been to so many other steakhouses and have never really been blown away by the food. The chefs know what they are doing and my gp and I had a wonderful time - to the point where we had just a few tiny pieces of leftover steaks but my friends insisted to pack them all so that they could bring it to their families to enjoy it as well. Shoutout to their impressive selection of gins. Will probably keep going there more often just to try them all! Highly recommended 👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A O

Chef Muhamad, with experience from Santi Marina Bay Sands to Park Grill in Kuala Lumpur, leads the kitchen. The focus here is on high-quality steaks, grilled over a unique mix of Binchotan charcoal, Oak wood, and Lychee wood, which imparts a distinct flavour to the meats. Chef Muhamad's approach involves sourcing the finest ingredients from award-winning purveyors and small producers, ensuring a premium dining experience.
Sanchoku Australian Grain Fed Wagyu Picanha
Beast offers a varied range of meat cuts. On our visit, we opted for the Sanchoku Australian Grain Fed Wagyu Picanha. Cooked to a medium pink, the beef’s natural marbling was tender and juicy, providing a depth of taste that required no additional seasonings or sauces.
Smoked Tuna Tataki
The Smoked Tuna Tataki is an innovative dish with layers of smoked tuna, foie gras, and terrine, enhanced by Aji Amarillo and hazelnut. This dish is Binchotan smoked in-house and served with cognac-marinated Foie Gras Terrine and candied Hazelnut, brought together by the vibrant, fruity, and berry-like flavour of Aji Amarillo.
Truffle Burrata Rigatoni
Steak aside, the Truffle Burrata Rigatoni is not to be missed. This pasta dish was both comforting and luxurious. The house hay-smoked burrata, merged with caramelized onion puree and truffle sauce, creates a luxurious and aromatic flavor profile, striking a perfect balance between comfort and indulgence.
