Sip and See at Cooling Tower Rooftop Bar, the Hidden Gem with Harbour Views

Perched on the 29th floor of Carlton City Hotel, the Cooling Tower Rooftop Bar offers an escape from the bustling streets below. On a recent Saturday night visit, we were pleasantly surprised to find the space peaceful and inviting, far from the crowded scenes one might expect. The ambience is set against a panoramic backdrop featuring the glittering Singapore port on one side and the historic Duxton area on the other, providing a visual feast that complements the overall experience.

The drink selection is commendable, featuring a mix of classic and innovative cocktails, along with a premium selection of spirits, wines, and bubbly, with the Moscato particularly standing out. Although the prices are on the higher end, the quality of the beverages and the breathtaking views justify the cost. Notably, the bar offers happy hour promotions, making it a more wallet-friendly option for enjoying their drinks.

The food, primarily finger foods during my visit, complemented the drinks well, though we didn't explore the full menu. The menu also features unique dishes like the crispy pork belly with a twist, Grilled Otak-Otak on Brioche, and crowd-pleasing Mini Wagyu Sliders, offering a little something for everyone.
