This is one of my go-to restaurants for an excellent dining experience (self pampering, hosting guests, celebrations) - delicious food, excellent wine selection, top notch service, and a lovely ambience.Favourite dish of all time is the lobster risotto. Perfectly cooked rice with a sensational lobster stock, and a generous serving of lobster cooked unbelievably well. The crab, scallops, foie gras, and wagyu tomahawk were also truly memorable. But given my limited stomach capacity, I will always go for the lobster risotto. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cheong Yew Ng

Savour the Uniqueness of Modern European Cuisine at Mag’s on Keong Saik Road

Nestled on Keong Saik Road, Mag's Wine Kitchen is a treasure trove for those craving refined comfort food with a distinctive flair. Mag's, a critically acclaimed restaurant featured in the Michelin Guide and various esteemed publications, merges modern French cuisine with a touch of modern Asian flair. Chef and Owner Mag, who transitioned from the finance sector to the culinary world, established her first restaurant on Circular Road nearly three decades ago, laying the foundation for what Mag's is today.

Mag’s keeps things fresh and exciting by constantly updating its menu, mixing traditional French methods with Asian influences. These dishes go great with the newly introduced sake and the classic choices of Bordeaux & Burgundy wines. The place is cozy, centered around an open kitchen, which Mag’s introduced to Singapore back in 1996. It’s not just for show; diners can interact with the chefs at the long marble Chef’s Table, making the meal an engaging experience.

The menu covers everything from set lunches to varied à la carte and omakase dinner options, all freshened up with daily specials. The seafood, flown in a few times a week from Japan, stars in both the classic dishes and the more relaxed bistro-style sharing plates, as well as in the sophisticated seasonal Omakase menus.

Signature Dishes

Boston Lobster Risotto

This dish features a medium-rare Boston lobster, nestled atop creamy, saffron-infused carnaroli rice, all brought together with a touch of sage brown butter and fresh asparagus. The semi-rare lobster is tender and rich in flavour, which complements the risotto's aromatic creaminess well.

Seafood Bouillabisque

The Seafood Bouillabisque reinvents traditional bouillabaisse with a rich lobster bisque base, featuring today’s seafood catch along with scallops and prawns, finished with a splash of Pernod. It’s a fresh, flavourful take on a classic.

Sharing Platters

The Sharing Platters offer a communal dining experience with options including côte de bœuf, fish, suckling pig, duckling, charcuterie and more. Designed to be enjoyed by everyone at the table, these platters not only offer a diverse array of fine flavours but also evoke a warm, convivial atmosphere, fostering an environment where conversation flows as freely as the wine.
