Love the craft sake that are featured with new ones every time when I visited this joint. Great food that also changed frequently and you must ask the service staff as the new items are not in the regular menu. Sake varieties and different highballs are of food quality! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hian Hwee LIM One of those places you’re happy to spend your money to support people who f’ing love their job and are very good at what they do. Alex and team are knowledgeable, passionate and have picked the best sake in Singapore. The food is excellent also! Treat yourself and nerd out on fascinating new sake choices. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clayton Miller

On a recent visit to OMU NOMU Craft Sake & Raw Bar, located conveniently along Beach Road, we were greeted with a delightful and unique experience. This place stands out in Singapore's craft sake scene, thanks to a diverse and constantly changing selection of sakes curated by their resident Sake Sommeliers, ranging from traditional Doburoku to avant-garde international varieties.

As representatives of the Japan Craft Sake Brewers' Association, OMU NOMU has made a name for itself as the only sake bar in Singapore to import and promote Doburoku, a special unfiltered sake traditionally used in Japanese temple rituals. This distinctive rice beverage, known for its straightforward brewing process and rustic simplicity, is a noteworthy addition to Singapore’s craft sake landscape.

The vibe here is inviting and casually elegant, blending a lively vibe with a relaxed feel. The staff are enthusiastic and well-informed, guiding guests through the various sake choices with a personal touch, ensuring a tailored experience for every taste.

Signature Dishes

Overloaded Maki

The Overloaded Maki is a 10-piece sushi roll extravaganza, generously topped with an assortment of seafood. Our pick featured an overload of uni, ikura, and negitoro. The maki offerings are regularly refreshed, so there’s always something new and exciting to pair with their extensive sake list.

Sashimi Moriawase (Assorted Sashimi)

Featuring three types of sashimi, each slice is thick and thoughtfully cut. Even the sashimi soy sauce is a custom blend! No doubt that this is one bar that prides itself on both good food and solid drinks.

Binchotan Foie Gras

Generously portioned, the foie gras was both fatty and creamy, delivering incomparable deliciousness. Grilled over Japanese Binchotan charcoal, it ranks as the best foie gras we’ve tasted in Singapore.
