10/10 for service and food! Octopus was great and these little bread thingys, delicious! Paella was decent, quite shallow and interesting but nothing amazing. Service was awesome, great to head to the back of the restaurant in the day cuz there’s natural lighting but it’s air-conditioned. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mari C
Founded by the renowned chef duo, Daniel and Tamara Chávez, TINTO brings the flavours of Spanish tapas, paellas, and fideuàs right to your table. With a name inspired by the Spanish term for red wine vino tinto, it should come as no surprise that the restaurant presents a 100% Spanish Wine list.
TINTO offers an ambiance of warm intimacy, paired with dishes that transport you to Spain's diverse regions. Venture a little further, and a hidden veranda offers serene vistas of lush greenery, reminiscent of Spain's picturesque countryside. Expect a journey of vibrant tastes and spirited wines in this Spanish enclave. ¡Buen provecho!
Gambas Al Ajillo
Start your meal right with one of their popular tapas, a Spanish classic but with Tinto's own twist. Cooked in sizzling oil infused with dried chillies, the prawns are served over a light, creamy potato puree and topped with garlic chips for an extra crunchiness.
Fideuá de Carabineros & Setas
Ever heard of Fideuàs? With origins from the coast of Valencia, Spain, Fideuà is a traditional dish similar to paella but uses pasta instead of rice. Be prepared to be amazed by the richness in flavours, a delightful combination of pasta soaked in lobster broth and dried sherry wine, topped with luscious Mediterranean carabinero prawns and grilled organic mushrooms. Dig till the end and be rewarded with a layer of socarrat, the crispy crust formed at the bottom of the pan.
Paella New Valenciana
Reinventing tradition, the Paella New Valenciana is a modern take on the classic Valenciana paella. Switching out rabbit meat for spicy Pork Chorizo sausage, this dish packs a punch with Spanish saffron rice, marinated chicken, roasted artichoke and raw zucchini strips.
De Pulpo & Chorizo Paella
At Oddle, we love intense flavours and contrasting textures. And there is no better choice than their Octopus and Chorizo Paella.
Imagine this, a combination of umami from Chorizo, bouncy octopus, deep sweet and savoury flavour from the soft and crispy paella (Saffron and Sofrito). All these finished with a contrasting bright flavour from their piquillo pepper aioli.
We Oddlers love this dish. We are sure you'll love it too.
Tapas kick off at a reasonable $10++, while signature paellas, ideal for a sharing portion of 1-2, begin at $32++. For a complete dining experience, including wine pairing, anticipate a budget within the range of $40-80.
