Started off in a cozy coffeeshop in Ang Mo Kio, Uncle Leong Signatures is the brainchild of Mr. Ben Soon. Back in the day, Ben was all about learning and sharpening his skills to cook up exceptional dishes using fresh ingredients. Fast forward from 2016, and now Uncle Leong's is this chill place where seafood lovers hang out, with welcoming outlets in both Joo Koon and Hougang.
