Diving into Apéro's bestseller, we found that the freshly prepared Bluefin Tuna Tartar paired perfectly with creamy avocado. While the combination was delectably harmonious, we couldn't help but wish for more of that fresh sourdough bread to go with it!

Hereford Australian Grassfed Ribeye (600g)

The moment this plate touched the table, our mouths watered. Perfect for sharing, this grilled Great Southern masterpiece offers a generous taste of luxury. Juicy and tender, the ribeye is complemented by sautéed greens, confit garlic, and a rich meat jus. Our colleague, a notorious big eater, was half-serious when he said he should've ordered one just for himself! We couldn't blame him, though – it was that good.

Big Board with Cold Cuts, Cheeses, Duck Rillette and Pork Terrine

Next up, the Big Board. It was a delightful assortment of European classics ranged from cold cuts and cheeses to Duck Rillette and Pork Terrine, offering a taste of a bit of everything.
