Pop by this place to have an experience. Dining area was an intimate and dim setting, perfect for a date or birthday treat for your partner. Staff were really attentive. You may opt for still or sparkling water (chargeable of course!). Food were delicious and none of it disappoints. Strongly recommend their meat choices and broccolini. If you're curious to try a cut of beef that's out of the ordinary, Meadesmoore in Telok Ayer is a must-visit destination. It's our go-to for exploring the less trodden paths of beef cuts. Chef Victor Loy has crafted a menu that gives the spotlight to some less conventional cuts, like the Tri-tip, Onglet, and their special Meadesmoore Cut.

As we climbed the modest staircase to Meadesmoore, the warm glow from within promised cozy retreat from the city's flurry. Industrial chic meets rustic charm, creating a cool, unfussy vibe where the hum of conversation and clinking glasses set the tone.

The Meadesmoore Cut

The talk around the table was all about their MS 8/9 Meadesmoore Cut, which is a unique blend of three muscles found between the ribeye and chuck. This means you get three different tastes, textures and marbling in one steak, perfect for sharing among 3-4 people. The underblade part is soft and has a gentle, beefy taste — it reminds you of a flatiron steak. The ribeye cap is the luxurious part, rich and almost creamy as it melts in your mouth. Last but not least, there's the loin, solid and full of that deep beef flavour we all love.

Crab and Beef Tartare

A fresh spin on the iconic surf and turf, the Beef & Crab Tartare artfully combines fresh crab salad with top-grade beef tartare, all tied together with notes of sherry jelly, smooth creme fraiche, and Ikura bursts.

S'mores

Ending on a sweet note, the S’mores was a surprising treat. A combination of chocolate sea salt cookie, berry compote, and coconut sorbet meets a cloud of marshmallow mousse, topped off with a flambeed vodka shot served tableside.

Our Secret Pick

And do try the Shaved Ox Tongue if you get the chance. Grilled over charcoal, it's smoky and melts in your mouth. Paired with pickles and the rich combo of balsamic crema and horseradish, it's a balanced and tasty choice.
